Accountability is the key to success. If your main goal is to go through body transformation, feel more confident about your body and mental health, reduce your bad habits during the day, prevent or rehab injuries and or improve your athletic performance for your sport. The best way to be successful is to keep accountable, track your progress and work with me.
As a personal trainer & physiotherapist, I ensure that every detail is considered and integrated into every part of your training and rehab program with me. We evaluate your goals, establish a strategy, and ensure you grasp all the details such as: "What's involved?", "Why it matters to you?" and "How to execute it?" within your program.
Every week or month, I will check in with you and see your progress, see how far you have come, to keep you motivated and praise your wins.
